A PINE BOX SLEEP

[shadow stab me my love]
I fell a sleep in a box of pine
and had the best rest in ages
awoke with two quarters
laid across my tired eyes
Fifty cent dream of death
worth every penny for the rest
[every day is a pain]
my skin-suit lover loves me
tonight an invitation of the pine
let’s make it a full dollar dream
her heat-sex death grip on me
and my poetry to bury the pain
so shadow stab me my love
