I Am Love & The Darkness

I had a vision, not all a vision, I knew;
For in this world of strangeness, the sun had fled,
And stars, once fixed, now wandered lost and few,
Pathless, and rayless, in the sky of lead.

The frozen earth, it swung, blind and blackened,
In moonless air, with no hope of reprieve;
Days passed and went, and yet no light had beckoned,
Hearts forgot their passions in the abyss of grief.

Their hearts froze into selfish prayers for light,
As they lived by watchfires, no hope in sight;
The palaces of kings, and huts as one,
Were burnt for beacons, and cities fell undone.

People gathered round their homes, once filled with joy,
To look once more into each other’s face;
Happy were those who lived near the volcano’s ploy,
As mountains served to light the human race.

Forests were set ablaze, yet fell and faded,
With trunks that cracked and extinguished with a crash;
And in the end, all was black, nothing created,
With brows of men by despairing light, ashen and brash.

Some lay down and wept, and others smiled,
While some did rest their chins upon clenched hands;
And others hurried, fed the funeral piles,
With fuel, and looked up with mad disquietude on the dull sky’s demands.

The wildest brutes came tame and tremulous,
And vipers twined amongst the multitude;
Hissing but stingless, they were slain for sustenance,
And War, which for a moment ceased, consumed again with its renewed attitude.

All earth was but one thought, and that was death,
Immediate and inglorious, with famine to feed;
The meagre were devoured by the meagre, no breath,
And men died, tombless, with no chance to heed.

Even dogs assail’d their masters, but one stayed true,
And faithful to the corpse, kept the birds and beasts at bay;
Till hunger clung them, or the dropping dead,
Lured their lank jaws; himself sought out no food, but with a piteous and perpetual moan,
And a quick desolate cry, licking the hand,
Which answered not with a caress—he died.

Only two of an enormous city survived,
And they were enemies, who met beside
The dying embers of an altar-place, deprived,
Where a mass of holy things had been heaped, for unholy usage in disguise.

They scraped with their cold skeleton hands,
The feeble ashes, and blew for a little life,
Which was a mockery, until the light,
Grew stronger, and they beheld each other’s strife.

Each saw and shrieked, and died,
Even in their mutual hideousness they perished;
Unknowing who he was upon whose brow,
Famine had written Fiend. The world was void,
The populous and the powerful a lump,
Seasonless, herbless, treeless, manless, lifeless—
A lump of death—a chaos of hard clay.

The rivers, lakes, and oceans stood still,
And nothing stirred within their silent depths;
Ships sailorless lay rotting on the sea,
And their masts fell down piecemeal, as they slept
On the abyss without a surge, for waves were dead;
The tides were in their grave, and the moon,
Their mistress, had expired before, leaving darkness,
Which needed no aid from clouds that perish’d soon.
She was the Universe, a shadow of emptiness.

Evolution Without Revolution

Come on let’s be peaceful
all along we’re feedng
love and hate today …

How soldiers are preparing
and the world is not aware

Let’s get up and not pretend
And how the creatures of our world
are not aware …

Some say its evolution
but there’s other ways to change
the world beside destruction

revoltion without destruction
we cast out hate! Alright!

We’re alright. Alright.

we’re human animals too
disgusting ! a world of filth!

we’re so stupid and so contagious

we’/re political puppets
pretending we’re human
but let’s not try to kill it
but embrace everything

My beautiful friends our world
has more than lines upon a map
my friends we have much more

Today, i saw a butterfly
she wore a jacket of color
unaware of how her world could die
she pollinated and i felt sad

Giving mankind love without destruction!
Cast it out! Hate!

i am still here | my kind | my sweet
granddaughter we may destroy it all
for differences — and nothing left
but destruction and death

And if I could stop it
I would do so just with a gentle kiss.

Noir Love & Words

The dame’s confession shook me to my core
Her life, just like a script, she did implore
With more emotion than a dame should show
She spoke of feelings that only she would know

She said her words were just a mere facade
That true emotion could not be a charade
It spoke to her in ways no one could tell
Stronger than the sound of ringing church bells

Sometimes a kitten, sometimes a beast untamed
Her emotions knew no bounds, could not be tamed
Locked up inside, a prisoner of her soul
Her emotions, like a rabid dog, took control

But in her heart, a mountain peak would rise
With feelings so pure, it lit up the skies
Most times she stayed in the middle ground
With emotions that could neither be lost nor found

So if you dare to speak, choose your words with care
For she could feel them, as if they were there
Emotions, they spoke to her more clearly than tongue
And any written word, they spoke even stronger.

Pink Psychedelic Death

Once me and my older brother went into the woods
of Lousiana. We are just little boys.

We were in 1973. And we did rebiously things
butg never did anything get to get laid.
We were boys and virgins. It reminded me
of the girl last summmer who showed me
and some boys I did not know. Someone asked
her to show her pussy and she did.
For me. It was an afront. I saw the antomotical
view but it was surreal. After i Grew up I heard
she pushed her car into an 18 wheeler. Before that,
maybe a month afterwards, when she showed me and
those other g host friends. She bent down and
showed us her vagina. And that night I was in bed
with her and just kissed her.

Her name: Connie Lynko.

Love is the Greatest Artist

LOVE IS THE GREATEST ARTIST

TELL ME i am forgotten
it soils my heart
and my Soul

All humanity! How human.
Lost and searching for love.

Give me! Oh Spirit show me.
How i am not just human.

But Spirit as fields of swaying
tulips screaming release me!

If paint is pink
as the heart is red
recommend medicine.

Lovers holding hands forever.

Tell me I am forgotten
it thrills my Soul
and paints my life’s canvase!

Brillaint is Love!
the Greatest Artist!

S O L U T I O N S

EVERYBODY screaming for solutions
we all know how unaware politicans are
we all know how God love us all

We can change the world

People starving from confusion
mothers with babies they cannot feed
fathers who cannot find a job

We can change the world

We’re all complicit
because we can change the world
its a spirit of unwillingness today

And it’s today and not alright

So let’s change the world
older people say this is wrong
younger ones say teach me

The solution is within your heart
no, not above clouds
so we all bleed and cry

Put away the gun and hatred
Put away acrid words of the devil

We can change the world

A world inside a class
a teacher who hasn’t shown
up for teaching evolution

Let’s get this right!
Alright? Okay yea.

It’s the constitution.
Bill of Rights.
The blood our fathers and
mothers bled for us to scream out!

Anyhow you know it’ll be alright.

Children crying. Grown ones cower.
How my God it’s not right.

SLOW ME

If love is time, I will be there someday.

Love, like time, can both bring joy and pain. I may be here and break your heart someday.

I feel overwhelmed by sorrow and the weight of the world.

Being myself is hard, and I find it difficult to say ‘I love you’ and risk getting hurt.

I struggle to express myself, but I want everyone to know that I love them.

My lungs are filled with love, but also sickness and darkness. I feel a connection with all those who have loved and lost.

I need to escape this dark place. Mister, I loved you.”

Spiritual Machine Love

What is hate? what fate? to hate? What blame? Just shame? All complain. All we try. Paranoid.
Cut the fade down. Take it’s place. Mostly me mostly you. Said my faceless Soul to love:

Oh, charming guise and beauty fair,
Deceive the eye, but leave no care,
For in a woman, fear of Lord,
Is what is truly to be adored.

Her heart so pure, her soul so bright,
Shining through with a radiant light,
With grace and virtue, she shall reign,
And praise from all shall she attain.

PETRARCH

QUIET murmurs where we sat
and spoke about it

How the world is losing love
and kindness

You told me you loved me
and now there are tears.

I may not always see you
and sometimes we doubt it

Angels above will surely show it
and a single touch shows me
what I’d be without you

How through life we sing sometimes
bravely and at times out of tune
but together we get through it all
with the help of my lovely friend

Picnics, bills, mornings raining

Nighttime freezing is the season
of living and loving carefree by
hearts binded and entwined in love.

If Love Was a Last Word

If love were the last word,
It feels like feathered, frayed wings.
Your face, pure as the love within my heart,
Your presence, a judge.

I stretched my heart outward to you,
You said you understood, but you never do.
Yet, if love were the last word,
If love were life, then let it be my wings.

I had hoped, your skin like
My own emotions, and the heat of my fever
Burns deeply, more than I have revealed.

And though “never” is a word of finality,
Love has always been the force that moves me.
