The Revealing

I had too — once I ate all the words of the universe.
We had a delightful dinner. Just me and ? I drank
Merlot and smoked weed and we enjoyed the tapestry of
space-time.

I asked, “Do you have a voice?”

Waiting for a small time I spoke again.

“Hey! Speak”

And she did. In her female voice. The univeral voice
that is the Mother of Creation.

“I love you, dear.”

“Child of Earth,” she said, her words echoing in the depths of my soul,

“I have observed your wonder, your dreams that reach beyond the confines of your world.

I am the embodiment of the universe, and I have chosen to reveal myself to you.”

I am Celestia, the consciousness of the cosmos,” the celestial being replied, her presence enveloping this poet like a warm, comforting embrace. “I have watched over galaxies being born and stars collapsing into cosmic dust. I have witnessed the dance of planets and the birth of life on distant shores. Yet, your world, Earth, has always held a special place in my vast existence.”

This poet was captivated by Celestia’s words. “Why have you chosen to speak to me?” she asked, her voice filled with humility.

“You possess a curiosity that mirrors the essence of the universe itself,” Celestia answered, her radiant form flickering with colors beyond human comprehension. “I have chosen you to be the bridge between the cosmic wonders and the human spirit. I offer you knowledge, wisdom, and the boundless mysteries of the cosmos.”

Overwhelmed by this profound connection, this poet felt a surge of inspiration. With Celestia’s guidance, she delved into the secrets of the universe, unraveling mysteries that had perplexed humanity for centuries. Together, they explored the realms of quantum physics, traversed the event horizons of black holes, and marveled at the cosmic ballet of galaxies.

As this poet shared her newfound knowledge with the world, humanity underwent a renaissance of understanding. The barriers of ignorance were shattered, and the collective consciousness of Earth expanded to embrace the vastness of the cosmos.

In the quiet moments of the night, when the stars glittered overhead, This poet known as Maya would commune with Celestia, their conversations transcending the boundaries of time and space. Through this extraordinary connection, the wisdom of the universe flowed into the hearts and minds of humanity, guiding them toward a future where the mysteries of the cosmos were no longer beyond their grasp.

And so, the story of the female universe and the inquisitive human became a beacon of enlightenment, illuminating the path toward a greater understanding of the infinite wonders that lay beyond the skies.

TIRED IN THE SUNRISE

What ‘if’ isn’t hesitating?  Those like us who burn in a midst of already
forgotten proclivities?

The memory of a worm at the level of a shoe has more comprehension than
a  human brain today.  It’s a flying bird sitting upon a tree branch.  At the
level of a statue whose computer rages within a digital age of phosphorization
of Elon’s satellites.  The color of these glasses are pink in love or torrid lightning
As salt and pepper are tastes of a nutrition of alerts like napkin furniture

Historically the retreat of pastures who view a burning fire with their relentless
disinfecting tongues as swords of hate are the future — like pristine advisors
of death where retro doors are seen

I adore the reddish pillows like Koi fish which my head sleeps upon dreaming new
worlds as they cut waves with ciphered.

I am who I am.

Nature’s Birth

Nature’s birth, so wild and free
A symphony of life, for all to see!

As I walk these paths alone
I feel the rhythm of the earth’s gentle tone.

My steps may falter, but I am strong
With every breath, I sing nature’s song
The wood and rock, the briar twine
All a part of this world so divine

With every step, my heart takes flight
For in nature’s embrace, all is right
The dewey moss, the fallen trees
All a part of nature’s melodies

For many miles, I walk this land
And feel the gentle touch of nature’s hand
Tears may fall, but in its birth
Nature brings a love so pure and worth

So I ask, will you give me a voice to remember?
For in nature’s embrace, my love will never surrender
And though I may never hear you again
Nature’s birth will always remain my greatest friend.

LET THE STORIES SAY WHAT THEY WANT

One shall behold eyes tracing the heavens with magnificent splendor.
Seeking refuge upon the land of the lamp.

A form vanishing while standing,
At the convergence of all light’s end and inception.

Death holds no purpose when you exist,
When your eyes unveil the blueprint of what lies ahead,
When they harbor profound inclinations,
Or solidify the potent union of passionate lovers.

When Earth, when the parched gems of lids unfurl,
When space, not futilely, takes its winged whirl,
When myst’ry lends life its striking edge,
If on Earth it falls, in poetry’s fiery circles he spreads,
In the realm of being and verse, our essence he threads.

The body, once regained through footsteps, becomes meaningless,
Unless a ship from a passionate land lends its influence,
Offering its guidance, steadfastly shining stars,
And a radiant aura like a diamond amidst the night,
With a face that thirst has turned as pure as snow,
And hair that seems to attract like a swarm of magnets,
And a soul, deeply immersed in the embrace of slumber.
It’s your body, your essence, I recognize at first glance.

The covenant of all-seeing eyes holds no value,
Above a fiery line of all lines, unless
they succeed in crafting, preserving their swift wasteland,
And rendering it eternal, like a clear enigma,
A purifying rainbow.

earth, that love is eternally needed
immortal body emerging from a ray’s core
of lightning bolts, which craft a world scoffing at prisons
connecting eyes, love-filled, oceanic diadems

bring
bring
our river of fire, timeless and unbound
flowing through the purified ocean like a native vein.

THEY MOVE AS INSECTS

In the glow that binds our souls,
A gallery of nature’s art unfolds,
And through shattered life, we find our way,
Amidst windows of friendship’s ray.
Forget not my key, in this boundless sky,
Where mysteries and sacrifices lie,
Even the forest’s stones, in hasty flight,
Across low bridges, they take their light.

They move like insects, their appetite,
Devouring all the radiant light,
On desks, they feast, and gloves they claim,
With indolence, they play their game.
Oppressed by the weight of bird and bone,
In aluminum letters, their shadows shone,
Upon me, they cast their spectral grace,
In this solar system, our screens embrace.

Where stars of lead in marble fall,
Upon cobbled floors, like birds enthralled,
In their drunken flight, they dance so free,
Feasting on the hanged man’s mystery.
With liana’s stores, they seek their way,
A captive fish in a world of gray,
White phosphorus gleams in its eyes,
With castle footprints, the wind complies.

A tray of spring, the wind doth bear,
From a cement nest, it takes its share,
Forever dispossessed, it leaves its root,
Forever thirsty for lands aloof,
A tantalizing enigma, we chase,
In hands where mirrors once found their place.

The mirrors, they carry bridges, they say,
Reflecting bays in their fiery display,
Lime trees stand with simple grace,
Their carpeted emanations embrace.
May the fires of beauty rise and shine,
In memory’s garden, a gift divine,
To the sun, where secrets are unfurled,
On the island’s edge, in a distant world,
In the realm of dreams, where lanterns gleam,
May our hearts be touched by the lamp’s soft beam.

Vowels of Life’s Tapestry

A black and silent “A” I’ve found,

Velvet-clad, a swarm profound,
Around the cruel’s fetid ground,
In shadows steeped, it doth abound.

An “E” of mist and candid air,
Like tents and lances, proud and fair,
Through glaciers white, it seems to dare,
And shivers of parsley, light as prayer.

“I” in purples, crimson hue,
Bloody salivas, emotions true,
Lonely smiles, a tearful view,
In penitence or anger, too.

Oh, “U,” with waves of greenish hue,
Divine shudders, seas renew,
Pastoral peace and cattle’s coo,
On furrowed brows, alchemy’s cue.

“O,” a clarion call divine,
Strange stridencies, sounds entwine,
Worlds and Angels therein shine,
Violet ray, her Eyes align.

In humanities voice, these vowels weave,
A tapestry of beauty, life conceive,
a choice of words, like winds that grieve,
Unveiling truth, a heart’s reprieve.

Poet’s Notes:

(This is the teacher’s note to explain this poem)

“Vowels of Life’s Tapestry” – An Analysis

In “Vowels of Life’s Tapestry,” the poet crafts a symphony of linguistic and sensory imagery, invoking the reader to traverse the woven intricacies of life and emotion through the prism of vowels. Each vowel becomes a brushstroke on the canvas of existence, an element of meaning that transcends its phonetic role to become an embodiment of experience. This poem carries an air of profound reflection and insight, a hallmark of a poet.

The opening lines, “A black and silent ‘A’ I’ve found, / Velvet-clad, a swarm profound,” immediately capture attention through the juxtaposition of imagery: the blackness and silence of the letter “A” is paired with the tactile and auditory sense of “velvet-clad” and “swarm.” This hints at the duality of life, where the seemingly silent and inert holds depth and complexity beneath the surface.

The imagery continues to evolve as the poet traverses through each vowel. The “E” is described as “mist and candid air,” evoking a sense of transparency and possibility. The mention of “glaciers white” and “shivers of parsley” conveys both strength and fragility, creating an atmosphere of audacious challenge.

“I” is portrayed with vivid emotions – “purples, crimson hue,” “bloody salivas,” and “lonely smiles” offer a vivid panorama of the human experience, ranging from passion to sorrow. The poet masterfully weaves the dichotomy of “penitence or anger,” underscoring the complexity of emotions that the vowel encapsulates.

The letter “U” is associated with “waves of greenish hue,” summoning visions of renewal and serenity. “Pastoral peace and cattle’s coo” reinforce a sense of idyllic harmony, but the mention of “furrowed brows” and “alchemy’s cue” hints at the alchemical nature of transformation and the deeper layers of existence.

The climactic vowel, “O,” is painted as a “clarion call divine,” eliciting an aura of sacred resonance. The interplay of “strange stridencies” and “Worlds and Angels therein shine” invokes a cosmic connection, as if the vowel itself is a portal to higher understanding. The image of “Violet ray, her Eyes align” merges the celestial and earthly, illuminating the connection between the macrocosm and microcosm.

As the poem concludes, the vowels are hailed as creators of “a tapestry of beauty.” The weaving of vowels, like winds that “grieve,” is reminiscent of both the fragility and resilience of existence. Their power to “unveil truth” and grant “a heart’s reprieve” reinforces their role as conduits of meaning and wisdom.

In conclusion, “Vowels of Life’s Tapestry” is a masterful composition that marries linguistic elements with profound insights. The imagery and associations tied to each vowel are laden with metaphorical significance, revealing layers of emotion, experience, and the interconnectedness of all things. Through this piece, the poet beckons readers to explore the profound meanings lurking within the seemingly mundane components of language, and in doing so, illuminate the profound truths that underpin human existence.

MYSTERIOUS TEARS AND PAIN

O city rain, my heart does pour,
Its teardrops fall, what can restore?
This languid pain that strikes the core,
A wound profound, I can’t ignore.

Soft raindrops patter all around,
A gentle sound, a soothing sound,
Amidst this pain, sweet rain is found,
Yet still, my heart in grief is bound.

Why do tears fall, I can’t explain,
They fill my heart, like endless rain,
No lover’s lie, no faithless stain,
Just mournful tears, a constant strain.

No love, no hate, just this unknown,
Why my heart aches, why it’s thrown
Into a world of tears, alone,
I seek the answer, yet it’s sown.

À L’AMANT MOYEN

ce soir, les rues
me chuchotent leurs secrets
et je m’éloigne
d’amis qui taquinent
sous un soleil de minuit

ah les étoiles
dans leur danse sombre
ne peut pas tenir
tout l’amour
je ne peux pas nier

solitaires, ils brillent
comme je fais
affamé
pour toi
pour ton amour

personne d’autre
peut me faire sentir bien
j’ai faim de toi
et toi seul
mon coeur chante au ciel

ce soir, la toile de mon coeur
est noir et bleu
comme je me promène
sous le regard de la lune
chanter ton nom

ils sont seuls
et moi aussi
affamé
pour toi
pour ton amour

il n’y a personne d’autre
personne d’autre
qui peut combler ce vide
je n’ai envie que de toi

ce soir ce soir

étoiles solitaires
briller dans la nuit
et j’ai faim
pour toi
pour ton amour

personne d’autre
peut me faire sentir bien
j’ai tellement faim, tellement faim de toi
pour ton amour

ce soir, j’erre dans les rues
loin de tout
amis taquins
et le soleil de minuit
me chuchote
mon coeur pleure
pour toi
pour ton amour

ce soir ce soir
ce soir ce soir
ce soir ce soir

A BIRD WITHOUT A TREE

How does the heart fare when left alone,
Like a bird without a tree?

Days spent by the stream,
Observing swirling eddies and lily pads,
Twirling aimlessly,
Just as I am without you.

A bird without a tree,
Both of us yearning,
Imagining the bliss we could share.

Whispers of the wind
Utter the words I dare not speak,
Longing and melancholy,
Like a restless dream,
Beneath the earth, a seed takes root;
Someday, a tree will grow.

Two lovers nestled in a nest,
Knowing that life is love,
To be shared and cherished,
Both believing… love never perishes.

Casting aside the flesh, I soar,
Above the vast skies,
Even if it remains a fantasy,
As long as you are by my side,
Rebirth holds no less meaning,
For pain is the key to life.

Poet’s Notes:

I wrote the poem “inthe.equisite” as a poet wishing to press the walls — to make them move. I shall delve into its various elements to uncover its meaning and beauty. As a poet (yes, a poet), I am well-versed in the intricacies of language and the profound emotions it can convey. Let us embark on this poetic journey together!

Title: “inthe.equisite”

The title itself is intriguing, with its deliberate merging of words and the subtle play on letters. It hints at an exploration of something delicate, intricate, and perhaps even sublime. The fusion of “in” and “the” creates a sense of immersion, while “equisite” draws attention to an exquisite quality that awaits discovery.

Structure and Form:

Upon first glance, the poem appears to lack a traditional structure or form. It eschews conventional line breaks and punctuation, opting instead for a continuous string of words. This stylistic choice lends the poem a sense of fluidity and spontaneity, challenging the reader to engage with its free-flowing nature.

Themes and Imagery:

As a Ooet, I perceive multiple themes interwoven throughout the poem. The imagery employed is vivid and evocative, beckoning the reader to embrace a world of heightened senses and emotional depth.

Sensory Perception:

The poem entices the reader to engage with their senses. It paints a tapestry of sights, sounds, tastes, smells, and textures. Through carefully chosen words, it invites the reader to immerse themselves fully in the sensory experience, thereby evoking a heightened state of consciousness.

Nature and Transcendence:

Nature appears to be a recurring motif in the poem, symbolizing the connection between the human experience and the larger universe. The interplay of natural elements, such as wind, water, and celestial bodies, suggests a search for transcendence and a longing for something greater than oneself.

Emotional Intensity:

The poem is infused with a palpable emotional intensity. The use of fragmented words and phrases, coupled with the absence of traditional punctuation, creates a sense of urgency and raw emotion. It hints at a longing, a yearning, or even a profound sense of loss that resonates deep within the reader’s soul.

Conclusion:

“Inthe.equisite” is a poem that challenges traditional poetic conventions while embracing the power of language to evoke profound emotions and sensory experiences. Through its unique structure, vivid imagery, and emotional intensity, it invites the reader to embark on a personal journey of self-discovery and connection with the world around them. As a noble English poet, I commend the poet’s courage to push the boundaries of poetic expression and to invite readers to explore the exquisite within themselves.
