i spoke love when she stirred
benign; honey bled through shades

A PLACE FULL OF LOVE
i am epitome of insanity
it seems far away and so
gentle now as no shadows
fall from the skies for now
i was ill today but then
again i am not too ill
i am fine
today was the greatest day
the woman dressed in red
sitting in Merlot’s Place
silently threw-up a kiss
and i bought her drink!
and…
a heart pattered-flipped,
splattered painting the joint
in reds and yellow flowers
and the bartender sang,
“lasciate che questo posto
sia pieno di amore!
Yes! Let this place be
full of love!
so who is craziest?
the lonely one?
or one as me! Who

my HEART believes in shades
of cool nights beneath
the love of autumn’s breath
my soul is as when i am
laying aside my skin
and take each step towards
the heaven of belief;
so softly

so vulnerably
me –and sadness
as ants upon the leaning
door the storms have come
and my belief risen above

trembling cracked —

but drenching spray of

i knew a girl who had eyes
that loved me and she kissed me
one last time — this surely,
dream perhaps this ghost

cannot be blamed
glad things are free
so above blame
you wore rose and heels high

THE last kiss felt like eternity
i caught myself and all the dreams
i think were real
and the heart tears
a hole in my soul
and i try to kill it

i saw the gods of love and hate
and tried to kill it all away…
what is life, a familiar pain?
what is love: a poem of death
its what i know
AND i almost had it all! Until
i let me down
__i made me hurt
and i see a river of little hearts
full of broken thoughts
and i remain eternally

and i am what i know
all that i could become
