MY TONGUE TO NEVER

TEARS act with boldness: those who never see.

I spoke my tongue & never a word unclear _____ oh
how the world cuts me.

Decisions made: to give the world thousands of poems
of modern literature. To move across that line is
a psalm:

THE DECADENT MOUTH
[unknown page]

a piece of spinning sky
howling at the moon
said i was there /fool |
the brain loaded & questioned
whose answers died within my
arms and we’re going on and
on and coming down into the
little things that kill
her arms as ice
my tongue fire away away away
tearing brains and the small
pieces of meaning clear —
we preach between words
and destroy false meaning
: tear me into little pieces
and paste it into your broken
Heart

this kill.
