THE EXPANSIVE UNKNOWN

MY feet are wasted —
i have relieved myself
upon them.

In powder-blue
all my gross innocence
pulls back the dreams
of my youthful days.

My youthful dreams
that i knew —
close the crypt
upon the somber skies!

The expansive unknown —
always be! That we all
can dream a dream!

MONET’S NIMPHEE

THERE is an art
between the green
lush fern-meadow
dripping wet
and on the ground
swirling pond

A melancholy-lust
burstin g kis
s
such desire have i to jump
across
Monet’s Nimphee and
into that mist!

Monet, paint for me the love
you see
and cast your brush across
the sea of the
land and salt within my heart!

onto your heart –whispered me:

“i count a universe upon your
breasts but see only one love;

Me?

if only then by Angel’s nudging
she(you) become my soul-partner

//in our fleeting life!\\

A TREE CALLED IMPOSSIBILITY

DEAD is a mighty shouting silence
when-like hills beg to become

at fear’s knees //life’s greatest gift
sent away where summerNectar kiss
the newly b9orn Monarch//my beautiful
empty dream is fullWING as my heart

Here-where now I set beneath a tree
called I M P O S S I BI LITY

TO KILL A THING

Is it true
that one can love
a thing
so greatly it may die?
This I once tried
with Death
but it beat me
to the punch!

THE ROSE

I should have spoken clearly

(i am never eloquently-tongued)
with blue skies singing,
‘i am the smallMouth’
and so-i like when the sun moves me
expressing light as nature
that moves mysteriously away
from humans whom i love
scattered by exquisite thoughts
the giantSmall meets this
smallGiant heart i captured just
today! The brilliance of love!
the remembrance of romance
She sat upon a bench with
a single rose within her tender hand
: where i am is where she is
where love-Bursts frozenKisses
across the burning sun passion
exploding exhilarating us!

i am too –this love we share
my eternally-everywhere!

MY ANCIENT SOUL UNRAVELED

i tried to ignore the dreamy steps
with their gapping eyes staring
undressing me until no flesh
is left, nor bones.

Life.

Again, i tried to ignore
the sound of a train-like roar
as this soul of my own
walks the cracked broken rails
of living this citrus -orange life

of picked Memories,

like the ink that enchants me
as though each character strung-out
is as a pearl necklace with a
hint of ocean’s salty tears,
and no longer a need to ignore.

As i watch, i caught the grand sight
of my ancient soul unravel as flotsam
and spirit as jetsam into that mystery
we deeply have begged to know!

I select you.
