the shadows, yes the shadows
have rebelled!
what of the world?
is it these things almost
human-like they mean?
where vacant words are
their stare?
i cut myself upon their thread
unholy cosmic beings —
i’m snared, nearly there!
— death!
the corners of my eyes
neatly tucked within “aware”
the shadows, yes! the shadows
have rebelled!
while the veil of “unaware”
reveal the angry souls
i hid within the forest tree
and begged the light — take me there!

that Knowing came today
in a casket it lay
a thing revealed i say
that which lived
— now dead
that mystery of mysteries
live on —
in sun drenched skies

WHAT of the man who adores
the baby breath of his child
and conjure ancient-spirit
to protect his broad
What of the man that love
the spouse who conflicts
the concept of enternal love
Who can say — without delay
truth or right – I’d be dismayed
what true love be in light of humanity
Hush my fellow human – say nothing!
Let the tides swell – believe me
the shores be clean post-storm
— this day

WHEREBY it may be declared
that mysticism is union
or absorption into that Diety
of knowledge barred
by the intellect…
I do contemplate
nay — surrender
that my character-soul
dreamy thunder-confusion
understands — and knows
The ultimate reality
is more than mere words
practised by unknowns
incomprehensible to minds
but deeply known
Feelings, intuition
beneath the bedsheets
of mistress-whole-mindness
