Could silence speak,
what might it say?
Invariably it’s message
should be:
“If I speak, could you
hear? If you’ve listened,
then my voice you know.”
I, my soul and mouth
speechless…
and silence spoke to me!

I’ve been in deep thought over silence all morning. Every time I go to speak, no words are right.
I like this Rumi quote…”Silence is the language of God, all else is poor translation.”
