Dear! Broken is the heart
if nature not adored
and if zip-splashed colors
upon tender Spring petals
does not soften the Soul!
And brevity like sudden
delight pleases reading
eyes!

From the dew pressed evening light
there by the biding brightly might
of my somber receding life;
as others might lesser me could not
by depressed inner sigh
was and is my stormy life
depression within the fold.
From the earliest of my days
there within me sadness lay
And all the joy of my heart
by the same tone could not fight
for self unless i be torn;
my compassion extended long
beyond the reach of my needing
own — and now as time has stretched
it’s thinning arms i find myself
a stowaway upon the desolate spot
cast aside in stormy water
still my love and beating heart
sails across the vast dark void
to comfort afflicted tormented
souls- of blue and silver sparks
by striking words and thunder talk
the angel my guardian holds my
hand (now that Heaven hears
my tears) Of a day more near
than far when shall i too find
the love as my own to comfort me.

touch, touch, touch
this and that.
kiss, kiss, kiss
our landscape of love.
breath, breath, breath,
the brilliant light of you.
As you are swimming within
my eyes and I am too.
A secret rumor we only know:
We think we love each other.

I couild allow the night
to smother me
but what’ll I do
in the morning?
(you’ll see)
But I’ll keep the flower
within me
the flower
within me
Now and then it’s a struggle
to see, now now
Now I sometimes
just don’t know
then I’ll see a morning’s
sunrise so brilliant
and see
and away
all the pain
so I keep caring for
caring for the flower within me
It’s what I do but it may be wrong
whether rain or sunshine
it’s all nuturing
like all of life ~
So I keep the flower,
I keep the flowers
alive inside of me
all inside of me

may i rest my heart upon your petal?
yes my dear yes you could
and would you kiss my soul
to make it better?
that i can my love yes i would
now i see how i see i said
your heart is the sun
within my skies
and you, my love are my love
as sunrise’s light a brilliant trumpet!
as midday silver striking steel
and sunset’s flushed orange kiss!
so may i rest my head
upon your petal?
yes my love yes you can!

The town buried her beneath peach-red skies: less than several days ago.
All the while in the distance, gravel-filled caws in the distance measured a
thickness of time; the casket lid, rained with tears, sank beneath Earth’s longest wave.
Everyone had dirt under their nails and a heavy weight of guilt. Then,
at night on the 1st of May she returned to town on an errand so vital
that she had come unannounced and entered
into the cafe where she last had cried– while holding the hand of her lover,
she sat down at the chair with red eyes and again watched her fiancé bleed
from a wound within his head; his blue sapphire eyes melting as their dying hearts.
THE gunman was wrestled to the ground
on top of a love poem she
had penned to her fiancé . In part it read:
“The town buried her beneath peach-red skies…”

Into the splendor
of the day’s sunlight
Into the tender fray
of love’s sight
I kiss you
I kiss you
I kiss you
We wander along
together ~
singing our song
So much stronger
falling in love
while dancing
to birdsong
And I don’t care
what the day may bring
as long as the bird’s
sing and the moon
brings me to you
I’ll always take
~ a chance
I’ll always sigh
~ a little sigh
while stealing
a little kiss
from my Love
While dancing with
my love within the
dreamy moonlight
And singing along
with the birdsong
all night long

AND how my Soul has bloomed
and it is from every space
within and without of me;
since I have found you!
And now I can see straight
and feelings are kept as
tight as a budding flower
and mind: is of yours.
Dear, those distance memories
of my childhood are now found;
when I dreamed of meeting my
princess — and of course you!
You are time, space, and stars
a nameless and gleaming nature
which I gladly name MINE.
The power of love from your
eyes and your ample breasts!

Yes, my love you do realize
I have not touched your soft
skin yet but I have touched
your softer soul? And how
should I lift my Spirit toward
the great distance between us
two? That is a feeling of great
pain but I would gladly share
it with this darkness and all
lost things to hold your hands,
my dear.
But then again, apart we are
but together within heart and Soul:
what touches you touches me.
And if I sing a sad song you sing
a happy one — and if you drop
your precious tears I catch them
within my lips and save them
for your moments of joy.
And what universal player is
this thing we call love?
O sweet song!

THE ENTIRE Earth: a watch
that tells the heart when
you are awake and sleeping.
I feel
the movement of Beethoven’s
Sonatas and your dreams:
like a butterfly sighing
and escapes from between
your parting lips dreaming of me.
Then as though upon the
tips of tulips I am flying!
Searching vast fields to
find the one beautiful
perianth: and your berries
within the tulip’s ovary!
And now my search is found
within a forest of fragments
of greens, browns, sparrows,
and splintered wood:
The Earth’s watch has stopped
for eternally us!
Away with nature’s winds!
a lifetime,
a lifetime,
together within eternity
and two purple tulips
excited that fiber of time
has climaxed upon our moment!
