THE DISTANT MEMORIES I HAVE NOW FOUND

AND how my Soul has bloomed
and it is from every space
within and without of me;
since I have found you!

And now I can see straight
and feelings are kept as
tight as a budding flower
and mind: is of yours.

Dear, those distance memories
of my childhood are now found;
when I dreamed of meeting my
princess — and of course you!

You are time, space, and stars
a nameless and gleaming nature
which I gladly name MINE.
The power of love from your
eyes and your ample breasts!

A LATE NIGHT FEELING

Yes, my love you do realize
I have not touched your soft
skin yet but I have touched
your softer soul? And how
should I lift my Spirit toward
the great distance between us
two? That is a feeling of great
pain but I would gladly share
it with this darkness and all
lost things to hold your hands,
my dear.
But then again, apart we are
but together within heart and Soul:
what touches you touches me.

And if I sing a sad song you sing
a happy one — and if you drop
your precious tears I catch them
within my lips and save them
for your moments of joy.

And what universal player is
this thing we call love?

O sweet song!

TWO PURPLE TULIPS

THE ENTIRE Earth: a watch
that tells the heart when
you are awake and sleeping.

I feel
the movement of Beethoven’s
Sonatas and your dreams:
like a butterfly sighing
and escapes from between
your parting lips dreaming of me.

Then as though upon the
tips of tulips I am flying!
Searching vast fields to
find the one beautiful
perianth: and your berries
within the tulip’s ovary!

And now my search is found
within a forest of fragments
of greens, browns, sparrows,
and splintered wood:

The Earth’s watch has stopped
for eternally us!
Away with nature’s winds!

a lifetime,
a lifetime,

together within eternity
and two purple tulips
excited that fiber of time
has climaxed upon our moment!

THE NEXT REINCARNATION

IF. that you may hear me
and my feelings
morphed into scribbling
dying, weak words
as the fading light behind
evening clouds.

The necklace, called love
around our suffocating
necks as blue grapes.

And today i watched a
blue jay from across
a lifetime fly away.

Like wishes, memories
and lies; they are equally
yours and mine.

Like watching paint dry
upon a damp wall.
We both too blame for this
cruel sport called Love.

And so many intimately
who knew our dance;
left after the music

Stops.

And now i wish to wish
a restart but not within
this skin or life.

The next reincarnation.

I ADORE THIS NATURE

A POET’S life is fraught with many obstacles
To experience our full emotions detaches us
from the rest — while inspecting the focus
of our obsessions.

We tend to love coffee, cigarettes, love,
and drama to fuel our Soul and art, art
art! We fumble across our feelings,
twist and tie our hearted-hands.

And the world seems against us all!

The world we love and respect by all
our means!

But, there is one essence of our being:

we are nature’s very creature!
the unspeakable ray of light to open
a tulip’s budding leaf
the silent wave crashing against
the inside plate of white bone
that discovers something new.

This disease is a lovely thing
that eats all my corruptible
physical being. And I adore this Nature!

AND WHEN I DREAM

AND WHEN i dream
the world is more
alive than now
while i’m awake.

That i have dreamed
then i have lived
more than this
waking concept of ‘life.’

AND once i dreamed of
the source of all,
beyond my head
beyond my bed!

Soft, lit, travel-worn,
cognizant and bewildered
by all accounts: unborn
was & is my dreaming.

AND to dream is leaving
behind this world and
its flesh!
To return: weeping is.

Beware: to fall in love
with this other side
is to lose a part of one
the line erased by passion.

And those you love.

and biggest FAILURE!

THE kiss upon the
cheek of life!

THE birth! AND
death of thoughts!

The sincerest touch
of compassion
and forgiveness!

My arms open for all!
who wish to be
my friend — I am you.

As the great SPIRIT
encased within flesh
as we all are blind
to the deepest truths;

but we know we know!
THE TRUTH!

young man LOOK behind
those that came before
you
young man a lot like me
a lot like you before
me (before I was 24)
And time and life is
a lot like space time just
us
I’ve lived inside my mind
— just a paradise
like a heart that won’t
die like so many before us
Oh lullaby i say like a
rusty nail that won’t
get tossed
oh love, i need someone
who will love me
the whole day through
so much so i sing
your lullaby
watching everyone
walking through the
looking glass —
but i’m all for you
So young man
love begets love
and fear less
If you want a life.
