In the dark of day
a sunlight of burning
I paid a price for life
this I did — today
She took my pocket
so full of heart
and said today
“Tis the price of love”
I had no pennies
just a hope
that priceless
throne of bliss
Today I paid
a debt of faith
in the dark of day
I paid a price for life

“WHAT fear my love
if kisses mend pain”
I see shadows
my lover
“then I send
my soul across
the night”
It does well dear
but monsters
need affection
so they live
“Then my love
I send some to
those shadows too”

The wet wintry snowy day
broken foot-ice crack
said to me in dire vocal
syllabic horror —
“tread softly upon my
frozen heart dear sole
lest ye mark my beauty”
I crawled across her
that grand expanse of snow
beneath a lake of water
where ice separates
air from life-giver
and she — the lover
kissed my soul

OH what desire my soul-partner is today
always today as any day forever
(I hope she stays) that fire
On the wet walk of life she still burns
through life’s ice ages and tsunamis
and that broken ageless disaster
— a falling out of fantasy from
time – to – time (it comes)
I desire she admits our desire acquits
the crime of lust and love and anger
bit my tongue and I bled she kissed
(drank it) and filled our hearts
The red rose in the room smelled
assault of heart and love-fought
The bee queen saved her delicate sting
I sucked it and savored her tips
Honey is a golden soul that drips
s l o w l y upon my broken knees
Her running rain across my ancient
nameless country of man-chest
she climbed the peak and pierced
herself upon the snow-gods of lust
Springtime flooded the valley down
where sweet little souls grow
And I, oh you, we go picking berries
figural of hearts we touch-pluck
and squeeze between our canine teeth
beauty bleeds sweetly when in love

i hear the squeaky oil engine of life
a nature-machine of thin-throat
that feathered soul upon a tree
she beat-notes my heart today
eye beads of soul beyond know
there, that branch she grips
a heart of heat and love
sing my angel-tiny-one
a tickle-note nickel throw
upon the silver heart cup
her song kisses my lips
and falls into my heart
The weather was grand
today I see blue
and placed my tiny soul
within her Sparrow nest

Your dolls grin in my summer
melted silver-plastic sins
and I heard a crow caw
all for my belated needs
I never tended to life
and I find myself six feet deep
My pall bearer lover needs
me and my simple sweet soul
All for you I oiled your soul machine
and I am cosmic mechanic heart
I have the skills to fix your devour-mouth
My pall bearer sees crow caw
and I’m still six feet under…
Under your high heel career
and Versace style psychotic need
And who (you) bury my bleeding
I keep your longest kiss under
— neath my broken bone cap knees
and nothing hurts like your mouth

LIFE is so hungry
I fear I have not
enough soul
to feed it

I once loved and it was good
and I asked God if He approved
His answer to me was this:
“My goose bumps created
the mountains…”
So I seek love again
but fear God’s pleasure!

blew, the wind! Again!
a splash of rolling red
across the hill unto
an empty toad (road)
the bleeding Rose of red
a tumble turned twist
until she rest before
the toes of my heart
— perfectly painted
manicured toes
my princess —
soon, my heart! Wins!

I kiss delightedly tender
crisp promise lips
the softly rose my-budding
flower petal [excites me]
and forgive my confusion
the tongue lost in promise
a greatest ever evening!
My wife and forever lover
Two rivers bled into one
Today is an eternal Forever
