A HUNDRED POEMS – XXIII

Beside of me

and into me
Poseidon’s spear thrust
heaving chalice breasts
and white cap foamy waves
what sin

no shame    of me
nature does what she need

F*CK YOU

We were humanity born in the sixties
and lost our faith through the filth
and watched our life arrested in surrender
and saw social fabric erode in methodology
once taught by Marx and Lennin and didn’t know
that the fire burned beneath my feet until
I felt the fire burn my soul and then I knew
a generation — skipped through the cradle
and upon the faces of my children
and then I was angry at the socio-paths
those angry maladjusted criminals
who deny individuality and hard work
that they think government knows truth
a flip-flop of cosmic proporations
the ones — little filth – who demand
control of a festered dream of filth
To wish that they take away liberty
and freedom and self-governance
Fuck you

COLORS OF A WORLD IN PAIN

love did you call my name
i was dying in the meadow
by that brook we used to walk
and i remember, too our words
said you — if you love me
you will never walk away
I said dear, there’s no shame
that love caught us two
and the brook sings the same

Her throat washes our souls
in a babble-song for time
and I saw a fawn dancing
the kiss of God bouncing
an orange ball upon the sky

And we dance and angels cry
the dance of life and tears
and the prancing fears

If we cry, angels know dear
and the oceans rise, I know
from the tears of lovers

Pain, Love and Life
all the same in this world
colors of a world in pain

I’m the priest of all salvation
underneath the tears of confession
keep the faith of all my passion

I’m still in love with you
still a place to love in you
but the sands fall empty time

Mortals can only love one
at a time in this world
but over-there not the same

Love is love and love is all
no human emotions but grace
and Light and Joy Reins

YEA-YEAH

WAY down below the belly
of the gods and souls too
i could scream of pain
but the love is more —

and the clouds bring rain
and the sun – she screams
a light of brightness
i could live forever…

praise god and Her roles
and the people who cling
love is binding and bring

a piece of soul to my life
and this life is about more
and tears and smiles – joy

i was here before your words
and even song and praise of me
and i accept your adulation’s

but my desire is for you to live
so live yea-yeah live forward
the past is a thing – but future

future is a promise that bring
a piece of your past and how…
and now is what you eat now

time and space splits the mind
and the body is a soul-cage
and the canary sings many songs

MY REMORSE

MY remorse each day
a ceremony for life
but even for the dead
that my body —

must eat each day
or it be dead one day
that my lips receive
the offering of living

and my intestines devour
through my teeth and tongue
what once lived and dead
such a beast am I – i dread

the difficulty of living
is more than social stress
for the SENSITIVE more it be
that we are cannibal in life!

THE SLEEP

i went to sleep in a bed of roses
in 1563 whilst William Byrd appointed
organist at the Cathedral —
and awoke in a dream —
in 1963 did i and took a stroll
in infant dreams, amazed was i
those colors brilliant and cold i wept
and wish i did to escape
back into that forest
where i slept — in that bed
of fragrant roses which I slept
and now a soul captured — me
a sentence i endure until that end

A HUNDRED POEMS XII

A bent leg

one in the puddle

that grey sky
but not my heart
a red rose
that fragrance – hope

and these words
falling sprites

upon your tender soul —
what voice do you heart,

heaven or mortal man before
that prostate himself unto you

spirit or flesh or both
what take you — love and life?
or a memory upon your trails

that message I await upon lips

A HUNDRED POEMS XI

Does tragedy desire love
     this I think
  and know
a loss of one in life
that the flesh

                 lives
but the love

    die

Does tragedy desire love

yes it does       and upon a petal
that dark black rose

it grows

                   within a dry soil

Amaryllis Loves You

And I clipped your hip
just a soft touch too
that swept through you
a frozen moment – burst
sunshine sweet Amaryllis
wept the world and me too
that graceful love be you

A VOW BEYOND TIME

IT took a dream to visit
that grand waiting room
where you stood in regal
where the angels dressed
and powdered your face
and laced those lips
in red-sun blare bliss
my dear you are a dream

And that dew fell-dropped
upon an Earth not from here
what sound I heard yonder
those tunes in a chamber
not from here on Earth
but over-there in Heaven
and I stood a chance?
to dance with this woman

My lover forever dancing
in childbirth and lover
you see an equal here
and dear my heart for you
together we choose each other
and times and fashions pass
but such lovers remain fast
my vow to you forever my love
