WHAT love does wander
within fields
of undiscovered
flowers of passion
— discovered
she does feel
such pain she knows
gives birth to love
and child shall remainG
Generations give
and our love remains
Un time we refrain
and speak in deep pain
We remain lovers
in time the same

I FELL to sleep
with a vision
of you
and embraced
the face
of love like you
Upon the wake
I stared in need
and saw I held
a dream untold

WITH a gentle divine love
your desert flower bloomed
digging deep within the sands
of my barren land
Such sweet roots encased my heart
and with time — like a rock
split my heart into two

I HAVE discovered
the terror-plague
not a shadow
nor a beast
but the fear
of eternal pain

THE abyss of the maternal
from which we spring forth
the deepest love eternal

HUMAN speech
so shallow
Written word
so deep
A prick of time
fleeting
But passion
for love eternal

THE deep I need
a source in life
the well I draw
to quench my words
If it dries
my life will wither
and my spirit to dust
will crumble

I DIED not upon a cross
but within the space
of a crawl
The pain was more
than a swollen wave
that crashes upon a shore
But the pull remains
and my shoreline’s thinner
If a fish I would drown
within the sand
that a whale would devise
a plan to evade your tide
So the world I crucify
and slip into an ocean deep

I HAVE bypassed
the thinker
for he gave me
bad advice
Now a joy
I can not measure
a feeling
beyond pleasure!
My council
in life’s matters
now rest
upon shoulders
of my ancient soul
— such wisdom
to live a life
of such leisure
