MY dearest love the night comes
and dreams beg for my entrance
into their sleep-web this night.
But before I go there are a few
words my heart demands of my soul.
That I wish my tongue would shape
from molten steel a word or two
— an anvil to slice through such
dimness that fails its path between
spirit and lips.
So tonight I can only utter simple

clickety-clack of horsemen

Frozen-stare in congealed time
then in action I ran toward you
there by the grand tree of oak
Moonbeam drops through pale skin
opal hair distant stare
ruby lips love-drench gems
Away the world fell
cascade-passion drowned
eddies swirl-lust despair
You are the ghost
within my arms
moon-leaves fall
sparkle-night burn
one body–two hearts

where the sun never stops aglow
wish-may I could go — all day
and bask in summer glow
You say the fire follows
Me muse-way what I love about you
Fire starter kindling my heart
Lets stay in Summersville till May
And the sun burns its tales
and spreads its love across the world
And the sun yearns for its lovers
and dreads the stuff of broken hearts
And the sun can stay
and the fun inside
remains all our lives

SEEING you and him in a wish
I shall not pass by this night
but cast an arrow across your hearts
spark the light of love — your souls
light breaks — daybreak loves you most
a new day of love for you both
and I sling my arrows your way
All I want is to give love
and love is all I can give
and all is the air I need
to breath the love into you
Tomorrow comes and many other days
gracefully taking time in stride
and loving your time eternally

forging from grace a sensuous smile

Royalty in blood and spirit — ethereal
my sword at your beckoned call —
I slay the demons that climb your wall
and quench the thirst of your gentle throat
Gently I stroke the mane of silky hair

across the field of yet another battle

it sends me to another place
holding onto your tender wing
cloud-punch a hole into the blue

— is it to that spot?
where lazy angels play

whispering honey dew unto my heart
kiss me ocean-sky lips so sweet
I see the place past the-beyond
over the rolling green hills
