FAIRIES SAY

I drew a wet line
across your leaf-vein
humidity my disdain
and fairies say
golden hearts bleed
a tasty flavor brew
but if i ever sing
in melancholy tone
the heavens know
a sadness yet untold…

If I ever forgave you
let me remember babe
cause the heavy rains
keep pushing me down
