IF I SLEEP AND AWAKEN WITHIN A DREAM

i believe uh huh, believe
in what we are missing
witness the ghosts leaving
a spread of oh what we are
space: and i believe i dream
and dream of father’s in deserts
and mother’s in oceans
i dream so far i hooked Leviathan
in shadows of all my shame
i dream i had a secret promise
only (what torture says) is me:
i dream so logical within all
my dreams and i dream away
dream i’m awake when i sleep
and who knows : if i measure
life by sleep then i’ve been
the long death –> sleep!
and if i sleep and awaken in
a dream i should dream love
