HEY mystery girl
where do you
come from?
I come from
the land of
a hidden world
You can reach me
through a rising moon

Who do-you voodoo
tonight girl?
I could should-you
fool-you tonight
Baby gonna make
me forget it all
She gonna burn
the pain from my land

Where do you plan
to go tonight girl?
I’m gonna spread
all my love tonight
Where you gonna
start my love?
Gonna start right
there in your heart

She gonna make me
— all right
Piece me
— all back
together this night
Go ahead voodoo girl
gotta make sure
you get it right

REDUCED I feel so lightly
and say no more than ‘sword’
Gently digging-cutting
so scorned a love as yours
—  bleeding–killing vicious
The soul I once so loved
— and gently knew…
withered before
my bleeding eyes
A kiss to you my ghost
and gently sweep away
from dust to dust as most
I once believed in us
But now I lay to rest
this deceased dream I must

WE toil in obscure fashion
but only so – until innovation
Elais Howe’s sewing machine
– a stitch in time

And detritus pepper life
So lovingly Hess’ vacuum cleaner
pulls us from dirt to God-clean

Remiss the typed word without
–Shole’s typewriter
Clackety-CLACK impressed words!

Oh this man saved us all
– Seth Wheeler’s toilet paper

But the grand techno-god
– Tesla’s electric power ac
humble praise for off-worldness

Back to terra firma
– Elisha Gray’s Telegraph
Lost rights to Mr. Bell

We have a grand audience
the universe rivetedly watches
What new innovation say we!

God-like soon — be we soon
the tower of babel-speak
Let’s rejoice!
God-kiss soul!

MY LOVE mere words
are empty shells
shrewn across sand
such castings color
sounds of ocean within
Doubt not these words
though empty shells

My life-light fills
each  constellation
Shed such tender skin
oh fear betrays such life!
what you see – what not
but life of yours greater!
Silently sing whales

Sing to me breeze so-easy
lullaby breath tear so tender
blue speaks ivory tenor
caps of white dance-sizzle
seventh wave passion-swells
Beneath waves and flotsam
jetsome golden crystal

— sometimes I do
unraveling dreams
— sometimes caught
between fingers-do
— slippery knew
notes running
across ivory key
minor pains
melancholy needs
dripping tears
there a light!
Golden tongue
— cursing darkness
Incongruous moments
–love them most!

— what state
Surely I will visit
My suitcase packed
— unknown destination
My intuition says
a map cannot reveal
locations of the mind
Much easier a travel
when disposition drives

A CURIOUS TRAGEDY (The Beauty Who Yearns)

my beautiful tragedy
Society of high
and low know not
such suffering
upon your soul
The beauty
— who hath no love
But mirage
of shadow-lust
What price
— you would pay
to find love
tender and true
No cost for you —
Such love
indeed too rare

SUCH mastery at disguise
Split-rationality diffused
Lose a shadow upon a pin

Incognito my lover-pain
touch the heart nonetheless
a dip into blue berry jam

Losing essence my pauper
someday the poor will pay
emotional vault empty this day

Guess as good a bent penny
worth a cent but nothing more
a funky feeling when you pay

Incognito blues pave my way
Pain-creature confused today
my tracks diffuse his way

I innocently believe
and do so carefully
that respect for life
returns the same
— so kindly
But the evil that lurk
within the rot-hole
betray the sweet
for bitter-taste
— so blindly

The world buried
— today
a friend familiar to me

One that I grew
— to know
one who loved me so

Her lines were delicate
— but razor sharp
A cut through carelessness

I would say hello
— in black ink I bled
across her tender face

Today the world buried
— the closest of my friends
The written letter to rest we put
